Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Cleaning of Rooms
  • Cleaning of Kitchen
  • Cleaning of shared areas-stairs, Corridors.
  • Cleaning of Toilets and bathrooms

Rooms

  • Daily collect waste, empties trash, and replace garbage sacks.
  • Thoroughly clean floors and fixtures; At least three (3) times a week.
  • Cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming of shelves, windows, doors, tables, chairs, wardrobe, Beds, and Air Conditioners (AC); At least three (3) times a week.
  • Replacing bed sheets, towels, and duvet for new guests; At least three (3) times a week.

Kitchenettes

  • Cleaning of floors, tables top, sinks.
  • Emptying and replacement of waste bins/waste bin bags
  • Washing of kitchen utensils at least three (3) times a week.
  • Polishing of cupboard, cleaning of microwave, cooking gas and fridge.
  • Replacement of kitchen towels and washing liquids soap.

Stairs and Corridors

  • Cleaning of Corridors at least two (2) times a week.
  • Daily cleaning of stairs and rails.

Toilets and Bathrooms

  • Cleaning of floors, washing of wall tiles, cleaning, and disinfection of fixtures at least four (4) times a week
  • Supplies including toilet paper, soap, disinfectant, etc. are replenished as required.

Inventory Control for Supplies and Equipment Storage

  • Storage management of all equipment which comprises of but is not limited to, all the supplies for the kitchen, toilet, and rooms.
  • Maintain stock card on storage and management of toilet paper, disinfectants, kitchen towels, washing liquid, soap, detergents and hand sanitizer, Bed sheets, and duvet, towels, air freshers.

Work Schedule:

  • The cleaning work will be carried out from the hours of 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays or as scheduled by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in cleaning rooms, lobbies, and other interior and outside areas.
  • Documented success in maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
  • Competent at replenishing supplies and paper products in restrooms.
  • Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals as well as their proper use.
  • Track record of maintaining rooms in a clean and presentable fashion.
  • Proven record of dusting, vacuuming, and picking up garbage.
  • Able to give accurate and timely room service to guests.
  • Ability to maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Adept at operating modern cleaning equipment.
  • Team player: strong ability to motivate others and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and extremely friendly approach.
  • Ability to communicate well with managers, guests, and co-workers.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and other languages.
  • Able to maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area.
  • Excellent customer service acumen.

Duration Of Contract:

Payment Schedule:
