Asset Manager Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budget for asset maintenance with different asset groups (tools, furniture, etc...) and control over expenses.
• Participate in acquiring new assets internally for the Organization.
• Maintaining record for all assets in JMG Limited.
• Planning for asset preventative maintenance.
• Break down maintenance ownership and overseeing asset health.
• Setting and implementing the handling of Asset transfer to users and shifting through system and operation.
• Deciding on asset replacement and end of life.
• Direct the team on their daily schedule in order to prioritize the operation.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors/internal execution team for various asset management
• Create fixed asset related audit schedules and collaborate with auditors on their assignments
• Following up with the Facility team for job completion
• Adhering to all process flows functional and administrative
• Adhering to customer information flow and working towards customer delight

Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any Discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience
• Strong knowledge and experience of fixed assets
